Criminals often use sophisticated tactics to impersonate trusted brands. To help you stay safe, here are some tips to help protect you against email scammers.
How can I protect myself from payment scams?
1. Check the email sender.
Our official payment requests are sent from [email protected].
2. Stop before you click.
Never pay via unexpected links, click on suspicious attachments, or download software you are unsure about.
3. Never enter your email password elsewhere.
If you think you have entered your email password and payment details on an illegitimate site, immediately reset your password and contact your bank.
4. Manage your payments via My Account.
To review and update your payment method, sign in to webmail and open the top left menu by selecting the nine dots and/or three small lines. Select My Account.
5. Know your renewal date.
You may like to check it in My Account and mark it on your calendar. If you have a valid payment method on file, your subscription should renew automatically on this date.
6. Never share your payment details with us by phone.
We do not accept payment by phone and will never call you to request payment.
